Shipping Times
Orders from the official Águilas del Zulia store are dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours. Domestic delivery takes between 2 and 6 days, depending on the destination city.
Size Exchanges
You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request a size exchange, provided the garment is unused and retains its original tags.
Refunds
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable timeframe after the return is received.
Exchanges
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a product exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and all labels and accessories are intact. Shade size and finish exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Refund timelines follow the policy of the original payment provider.
